TA-5000 Thermal Air Stream

The ThermalAir TA-5000 series of temperature test systems brings precise temperature control to the test site for semiconductor ICs, electronic components, hybrids, printed circuit boards and other devices. This enables the user to integrate temperature into any test setup for thermal profiling, temperature characterizing and performing fault analysis for applications such as aerospace, RF microwave, fiber optic components, automotive parts, electronic sensors or any electronic and non-electronic devices.

ThermalAir Compact Hood Chamber is a thermal test enclosure that can be raised and lowered down over electronic components under test for quick and easy loading / unloading parts that need temperature test and thermal conditioning. Temperature test and cycle your electronic / non-electronic parts and other devices at temperatures from -60° to +200°C with a temperature accuracy and uniformity, unmatched by large environmental chambers.

Also suitable for use with vibration tables where a standard "hole in the bottom" chamber doesn't offer quick enough response times.

TA-3000A Thermal Air Stream

The ThermalAir TA-3000 high capacity thermal air stream system is used for temperature testing, fast thermal cycling, and device temperature characterisation of components, hybrids, modules, PCBs, and other electronic and non-electronic assemblies at precise temperature from -60°C to +225°C.

TA-1000A ThermalAir Desktop System

The ThermalAir TA-1000 high capacity thermal air stream system gives the user full temperature control and portability. The system includes full GUI touch screen display, remote user interface rear panel, rear output gas hose and microscope style Thermal Head and Hose arm and stand.

The ThermalAir TA-1000 high capacity thermal air stream system is used for temperature testing, fast thermal cycling, and device  temperature characterization of components, hybrids, modules, PCBs, and other electronic and non-electronic assemblies at precise
temperature from -20°C to +200°C.

  • ThermalAir Colour Touchscreen GUI

TC-100 ThermalAir Chiller System

The MPI ThermalAir TC-100 high capacity thermal air process chiller system is used for temperature testing and localised temperature inducing of continuous -80°C Clean Dry Air at output cold gas flow upto 24SCFM.

 

MPI ThermalAir TC-100 Gas Chiller provides a direct stream of continuous clean dry cold air directly to the area that needs to be temperature test. Environmental stress screening, temperature conditioning, thermal shock and other temperature test requirements is what the ThermalAir temperature systems bring to the test.
